2. For those who work for employers, provide the last 2 years of your W-2's
3. If you are self employed, we will need the last two years of your tax returns. and a year to date profit and loss statement. If you can't obtain a profit and loss statement we have a tax person who offers that service at a reasonable cost.
4. For those who work for an employer, provide the most recent 2 paystubs. ( if you are paid every week we need 4 paystubs, if you are paid every 2 weeks, 2 paystubs, if you’re paid once a month 2 months paystubs)
5. Lastly, please provide the most recent, 2 months bank statements all pages.
